b. Menguasai program analisa struktur (Staad atau yang lainnya)

d. Menguasai desain bangunan/stuktur, soil improvement, dinding penahan
tanah/slope stability maupun sarana-prasarana lain seperti jalan, saluran,
plumbing dll

e. Mampu membuat general specification maupun individual specification
untuk pelaksanaan pekerjaan (desain dan construction) teknik Sipil

f. Mampu membuat bill of quantity dan RAB (rencana anggaran & biaya) proyek.

g. Mampu melakukan review terhadap semua hasil perhitungan/desain pekerjaan
teknik Sipil dan semua disiplin terkait

h. Mampu membuat dan melakukan review metode kerja pelaksanaan pekerjaan
Sipil dan disiplin terkait.

i. Mampu melakukan supervisi pada pekerjaan teknik Sipil dan mampu
menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi di lapangan.

j. Umur pada saat mengajukan lamaran kerja tidak lebih dari 30 tahun dan
diutamakan tidak merokok.

k. Bersedia ditempatkan di Bontang - Kalimantan Timur
